The best things about my team is we are #oneteam. We succeed and fail together. No one is above another and we recognize that without the strengths of each other, we would not be as successful as we are.

What makes me happy is I have the opportunity to make a positive difference in someone else's life each and every single day. Once you are able to showcase your skills and abilities, you are given more responsibility and challenges.

The diversity of my team is what makes it the best. We have diversity across race, gender, education, experience, background, etc. We are successful as a team because we recognize the value of diversity and leverage each others strengths and provide support to one another's opportunities.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my comp package is everything! Medical benefits are great and at a very low cost to me. My salary reflects what I bring to the table and I am rewarded annually very fairly for my performance and what I bring to the table.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Mid to Senior level Leadership need to communicate how changes impact each line of business often and clearly. The message is communicated at a mile high level but is not then cascaded down for others to understand how their line of business is impacted which is extremely frustrating.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It was the Management Incentive bonus it rewarded me for all of the hard work I accomplished. However, due to other LOB's non-performance I was not rewarded fairly for my work . It is not fair because other leaders being able to be rewarded in bonuses due to being in an Incentive Compensation Progr
