I like my role. I personally do not see where i could grow but that is on me 100%. There is not much accountability held with certain groups as their works seems to be more important than mine.

Since starting at Asurion I have been challenged every day. I have also been pushed to find something new and to not be complacent. I have moved to different team and roles and there seems to be always something i can look into for career growth within the company.

Working at asurion has been great. The business keeps me on my toes at all times whether its figuring out a break in the process or looking in the future for improvements that can be made. its exciting to not have mundane work.

There are constant issues to be solved based on end user errors with any ability to hold them accountable

My team understands thing can change at the drop of a dime. they can adapt and work as needed

we are able to make jokes and not always take things too seriously. everyone gets their work done which makes for smooth timelines.

I feel like i am appreciated and they really do seem to care about me as a person instead of someone who just does a job.

Our company is always pushing out ERG event which highlight a group of people or a background of people. DEI is super important and it shows

that i am able to achieve higher than my slated bonus due to company performance. i do understand its a variable but knowing the company does well means more to me
