I loved my job, then I was written up on a technicality when I havent been written up in my entire career. Then they made me move to a new but I LOVE my new team and supervisor I dont enjoy my hours or being on the phone all day. I love the perks and the environment

What are some of the best things about your team?
We help each other no matter how tough the question may be. We also have a good time joking and laughing together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have 5 years HR experience making less than 40K a year. The job has great benefits but people in unemployment make more than I do a week. I would fee better closer to 50K with 5 year experience and a masters degree.
