What are some of the best things about your team?
We all assist each other, communicate and support each other. It is a great team with an excellent support system.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the positive and family culture, the constant support and how they truly listen to and care about their employees and customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love Brittani's support and communication. At times, we are coached and given positive reinforcement. She does listen to our opinions and suggestions as well. We have great support and an excellent team of recruiters. I still do wish to be brought on with the company, as this is a goal of mine.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a contractor, we do not get raises, so that is the only thing I would change. I have been here for almost for 2 years as a contractor and LOVE it. I do appreciate the paid holidays that we receive, even though you don't have to do that. I LOVE this company and love being a part of this team.
