Everyone is there to do a job and it shows. Accomplishments are celebrated and mistakes are learning opportunities.

The leadership team recognizes we have alot of gray areas and are willing and want to work on improving those areas for everyone.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of the compensation package is that they are unique and not run of the mill benefits. The company has done a great job of recognizing each person is different and looks for ways to benefit all.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being engaged in the work I do. Variety and challenges are what make the day more fun, active, and usually give a feeling of accomplishment. Leaving the work day knowing I have given it my best and made positive contributions make me happy!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Each person respects the other. It's so refreshing to work with a team "together" instead of one or two co-workers trying to outdo the group. We work together and that helps make it a great team. It's ok to ask questions & people will go out of their way to help you ultimately helping the company
