Thinking strategically and making decisions that support our long term strategy. They need to stop making decisions quickly without a thought out plan.

Workloads are too high, and there are too many initiatives to focus on. Cross functional teams frequently do not partner with or include relative stakeholders.

They are goal oriented, and realistic about our goals. They are also engaged with levels of their teams and passionate about drives their engagement and experience at Asurion.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is no direction or plan. There's a long term vision to grow the company but the path to get there is not clear. We try to focus on too much.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Supporting teams in focusing on what is most important for the business. They iterate we need to focus on priorities yet throw everything but the kitchen sink at teams to execute. Teams are overworked and understaffed.
