How much we all look out for each other. Not just from a workload perspective, but a mental health perspective. We really want to help each other all succeed while taking care of themselves.

I've never understood what a team really looks like in a corporate until Asurion. The willingness to help and work together for a common good is not just said here, it's lived every single day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think the leadership team does a great job of looking forward five years ahead in terms of industry movement, while still understanding where their team is today. They understand their own shortcomings when it comes to D&I and are working to change that.
