What is the best part about your compensation package?
Annual bonuses have been consistent even during times where other companies are cutting back, we're able to grow and receive bonuses.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with a team where everyone is onboard. Having a voice in the work is being down and really feeling heard when I have a contribution.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership seems is engaged and aware of the internal Asurion community, but also offers feedback around the greater community outside of Asurion. The feedback and follow up to the situations of the past year+ has served as confirmation that we live by our company values!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I've worked across teams at Asurion and everyone I meet is high energy and hard working. I've never felt like I was dragging someone along on a project or pushing a team to hit a deadline. There is clear investment and engagement across the board. It's the best part of working at Asurion!
