It has been a roller coaster, overall I know the company means well and after a while even leaders are grinded to become what the company requires. I love that we are always seeking to not only make reports better but ourselves better overall

I feel like I have grown up in this company. I have transitioned through many cycles of maturity here and I am grateful for the opportunities.

I like that they are bought into trying to make our employer, employee relationship is organic and productive. They aren't just doing things because it is what looks good to do, but because it is the right thing to do.
