Entrepreneurial company which rewards employees, giving them new opportunities to try different career tracks. Allows teams to fail, and learn from their mistakes. However, very political with unclear boundaries, roles, and ownerships. Grey areas cause conflict.

Creating new innovations which drive business impact. Working across diverse teams, collaborating across tech, data, product, business and ops to solve complex problems.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Executives need to organize their teams in a way which drives collaboration vs competitiveness/conflict. Too much ownership is given to low level operational roles who struggle to lead technical, product and skilled workers.
