Two things - first they have a vision on where to take this company and second, they take risks!

Having a seat at the table with my product partners and engaging on making our products better for the customer/end user

I really enjoy working amongst smart people and sharing best practices to get even better. My direct manager challenges me to think differently and behave differently to be more successful
