What do you like best about the leadership team?

Tony and Barry do a good job explaining things. The rest are absolutely absent and not engaged.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Stop trying so hard to sell the ideas, sell the purposes and vision and let these smart people figure out the ideas

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Just get the sense teams are prevented from working together...everyone has to OWN things versus realizing there are actually human customers past the carriers

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Base pay is good. Bonus is impossible to know about because the company doesn't share performance. Stock to me is worthless, but people tell me someday...maybe

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

There is a division of Haves and Have Nots...the company actually sends emails with labels such as Director+, Manager+ but yet the messages are intended for everyone. At times Sr Directors act like they are above the fray, talking down to others in group settings, to the point where it is babble
