I love the amount of energy (and Funding) and time that goes into Diversity and Inclusion. It helps create a safe and enjoyable environment to work in.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to help each other out. No one wants to see a team member struggle and the amount of support is tremendous. I have seen this on other teams as well.
