In my experience, my coworkers are great communicators, very reliable, creative, intelligent. I have peace of mind knowing that work will always get done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the transparency, there are weekly emails, bi-weekly CEO calls, yearly leadership events, quarterly function calls to keep us aligned on goals and progress.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have more benefits than I think we even realize. The HR team sends out monthly correspondence to ensure we know all our perks. Free access to therapy has been life changing and unexpected.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's really a community and you can make the most of it. There are ERGs for anything you could possibly be interested in or want to advocate for. We are constantly growing as people and learning how to be inclusive.
