it's been good but demanding. not a lot of room for balance unless you force it. i have to block for lunch and before work. that's not right. expectations are weekends and long hours

based on cost of living and amount of work/responsibilities, pay is higher across the country and other companies. Nashville isn't cheap

too busy, too fast, not enough people, not enough time to get things done - expectations are so high and performace out weighs people and life
