Right now, very little feels positive. It used to be a great collaborative environment. Now it has gotten very political.

Partnership and collaboration are very difficult when your peers don't know how to do their jobs and have no empathy.

The inclusivity and openness of our leadership team. We truly are a place where you can bring your authentic self to work.

They are driven but also humble. They don't just say that they care about their employees, their actions show us that they do.

CEO, CFO and COO are smart, humble people who are leading us in the right direction. They share enough to inspire confidence in our future.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There are pockets of the organization that are arrogant and/or have toxic leadership. Those pockets make projects not only difficult to manage, but demoralizing to work on.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The culture is increasingly political, people are elevated past their skill level. Not sure how it can be improved, but solving it isn't in my pay grade.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is too much arrogance and power-grabbing for effective collaboration. There is a wide disparity of power between certain organizations, and that pits teams against each other in a way that didn't happen here five years ago.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
For my function specificially, it would be helpful if we were led by someone with a background in the function. You shouldn't be able to be a C-level executive without any past experience in that area. They should also understand the reality of how people work in our area.
