My overall experience has been great, I like coming to work, I like the position I have and I have learned a lot over the years. I have learned how to balance work and home life even though we have working at home. I appreciate the company's flexibility to allow us to work from home.

The work I do, the immediate team of people I work with, and the people I support.

Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done. Collaboration amongst the team and a positive outlook for the work we do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Change is the most positive, the company is finally taking a deep look and the lack of diversity and is committed to making a change.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as though others in the department are compensated at a higher rate and I would feel better if I was compensated fairly according to the average salary for my position.
