Transparent. Open to ideas and hearing from employees. The Leadership Team continues to grow and evolve. They are making tough decisions quickly and sharing.

They set clear goals for the business - reinforcing and reporting results each quarter. Its great to know what you are working on contributes to the company and to see the results.

The team I work on keeps our customers top of mind. We challenge each other and the overall project to stay focused on what our audience wants/needs vs. what the others may want to say. Plus -- we just like each other and trust each other.
