What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Caring leadership - During the pandemic, we had a very liberal attendance and compensation policy. It was apparent that Asurion did not want anyone who was sick to feel as though they needed to work in order to get paid. This kept our workforce safe.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
This past year has been challenging at Asurion considering the pandemic. When other companies were halting production, we ramped up, both in headcount and production. TLC leadership, from top to bottom kept a major COVID breakout from occurring by adhering to strict guidelines. Not an easy feat.
