Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Asurion has some nice things about it, but it is not my ideal environment. The primary reason is that I'm not aligned with executive leadership in my division, because I hold a different set of values and priorities. Therefore, it is difficult for me to feel engaged here.

The days I get to work from home. I feel much more productive and happy when I get to work from home.

Connecting the dots between the corporate strategy and the work of teams throughout the org. Also, allow employees to have more autonomy regarding where and how they work.
