There are some positive elements about working at Asurion, but there are also some fundamental gaps. Mid-level leadership tends to be too focused on details which takes away from their ability to be strategic thinkers. This creates an environment that prioritizes short-sighted actions.

Asurion has some nice things about it, but it is not my ideal environment. The primary reason is that I'm not aligned with executive leadership in my division, because I hold a different set of values and priorities. Therefore, it is difficult for me to feel engaged here.

The days I get to work from home. I feel much more productive and happy when I get to work from home.

Connecting the dots between the corporate strategy and the work of teams throughout the org. Also, allow employees to have more autonomy regarding where and how they work.
