Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that because we are based out of Tennesse it's ok to pay us less. For Avant to be a financial tech company it's concerning that the local grocery store will pay more money than Avant.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We recognize that we're all humans with non-work needs. We help each other and keep each other accountable. Good ideas can come from anywhere, and we try new things all the time. And we like each other.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You're not expected to be perfect. We learn from mistakes, and we're not siloed - meaning we can help each other spot outages before they happen

At first, the most positive thing was the fact that we were a call center that did not operate as a typical call center. However, in recent months that has changed, it's not all bad but it makes us stand out less from our competition.
