I've been through many mgmt changes, different roles, different functions so I have a wider sample than most. Generally Barracuda leaders care about the staff and I try and propagate that to my team and colleagues.

Been here a long time. Grateful for the opportunities I have had and progression I have had. Sometimes I think we change things, processes, org structure, for the sake of doing something. We are still burdened with systems, integrations, cumbersome processes and nuances which impact efficiency.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great to have benefits in general, but this is table stakes for tech jobs. I would say the RRSP, ( equivalent to 401k ) matching is poor compared to other tech companies.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Over all good comp when the overtime isnt constant. This is the struggle I face when collaborating with colleagues all over timezones, and deadlines. Suddenly when you are working overtime as the norm it changes perspective. This isnt worked into our compensation models.
