It's great. The work life balance is strong as I'm a remote worker. I can get to the office using expenses when I need to. My pay isn't as good as the same role in other companies, but the flexible working makes it worth while. The team are fantastic and make the day to day fun!

Everyone gets involved, everyone's a family

Good comm's, flexible and reactive.

We're remote, but come together regularly, even those based abroad.

Uncapped commission, which is focused on company goals. E.g. product diversification bonus

Success and winning! I enjoy seeing my team happy, and hitting their goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Friendly, know how to have fun, but also work hard. Cultural views are similar to mine. We fit well as a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't know them very well, however they appear to be aligned on strategic goals, and making changes in the right places for us to be successful long term.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most people are positive, not many people who see the down side as default. People are excited to see each other, enjoy socialising at lunch and at team events. Keen to get involved in company life.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Work feels like an uphill struggle most of the time. Conflict between the teams is improving, but could be much better. Goals are considerable, but is still very present. There's little personal development available for anyone, so its hard to improve.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The individual contributors are fun and friendly. It would be great if we did more social things together. That's reduced in the time I've been at the business. We rarely do month end drinks/dinner, we never team build. This used to be a highlight.
