
On a scale of 10 it would be 5, could have been better at 7 or 8 if I had the right mix of people to work who understand and care
What is spoken should translate into action on ground, especially for small offices
As a team they are very understanding and all understand each other's work, very helpful nature
Achieving the goals set, Positivity in working, standing in and taking the work and responsibility when needed
The right set of people to manage with the right skill sets, of course with rich experience only that can happen
Culture I do not see any positivity, environment can be made better, though I personally ensure for my team the environment is positive for working
Used to be happy to go to work per pandemic but of late I have lost that happiness as our experience is not utilized when needed
Compensation should be based on experience and qualification which is missing, everytime this needs to be reminded, unless asked nothing gets corrected, not sure why should this happen in first place
The answer to this question can be best be when we interact with the leadership team, do not see that happening at least to the best of my knowledge in the last 3+ years
the question is not relevant in the current scenario of WFH, more effort should be made for employees to come into office now, hope to see this is in near future at least, keep my fingers crossed
Pay has to be based on the qualification and experience that one has, for this to understand one needs to know what the person is doing, has done and not go by rule book, that is missing. Would appreciate if the concerned talks and understands and that can be only a win win situation
