Barracuda is a young and vibrate company, and lots of people fit into that category. People are like-minded, all here for the cause of the business. People are all interested in the technology, and there is lots of great collaboration between departments.

The company is very successful, and we see how well it performs in the market. However. it makes me consider how valued we are when I see minimal increase in my salary year-on-year. There is also no performance bonus unless you work in Sales. Many other companies in the market offer this.
