Approachable and likeminded, believe in the culture and people as much as I do as well as the Cuda mission.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Industry comparison – not all about pay & the work life balance at cuda is good however, we will continue to lose our top talent because of the poor benefits and the average pay. Need to either continue to work hard to improve the work life
