What are some of the best things about your team?
Cohesive team, culture of trust, encouraging and smart coworkers and management. Reasonable expectations of work output given circumstances of occasional resource constraints.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good health plan, HSA option that works well and is efficient on cost. Extra work put in to have good plans for all over the country/world.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with smart people using technologies that I admire and enjoy, solving problems for customers in a company that has figured out how to make money supporting the success of our customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Chose some very reasonable and well-articulated corporate values and emphasize them through all levels of planning, employee recognition, messaging, customer interactions, employee training, etc. Positive mission statement around securing and enabling the customers' `journeys` to success.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Big effort to communicate the plan and rationale frequently. They seem to have a genuine interest in preserving what had been for a long time a family feel to the culture. Frequent surveys and encouragement to give feedback. Good handling of a fast switch to remote work for 2020+.
