We're bounce off eachother, are helpful and everyone is friendly.
Feeling appreciated, having a sense of purpose with helping customers.
We all help each other and seem to care about each other.
There's higher paid jobs in the industry, just match it or increase to above.
Looking at the job market and similar positions we're underpaid in my opinion, everything else is fine.
Forcing the support team back to work in the office just because "sales" might need us, and due to the company "culture" As a support rep I do no get many people come to speak to me regarding issues, and the 2 and a half hour commute is a drain on my wallet and my mental health
