I have been at Barracuda for around 4 years, and have enjoyed the different roles I have taken. I feel fulfilled in my work, and I can see how much I have grown and advance in my time here.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy my job, i feel very fulfilled. I also enjoy coming in to see my colleagues and spending time with them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have uncapped earnings and there is constantly encouragement to do your best, I believe we are paid fairly and rewarded on doing sustained good work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is a lot of transparency and communication, although they are in HQ in the US, there are a lot of worldwide calls so no country/office feels out of the loop
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would say the way the company encourages socialising and for employees to spend time together outside of just work. There is lots of mingling between different departments as well as management/team leaders/employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team spirit, everyone cares about each other and each other succeeding. Any competition is healthy and to encourage each other. There is a good social aspect with a lot of likeminded, and good natured people.
