Short and quick processes for approvals/support. I feel they do listen and consider input/ideas

Nothing sticks out as extraordinary but its a healthy and balance across the board from salary, car allowance, pension and vacation pay
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Decentralized org which is not too large for you to be able to know the key players in different position and easily get help when needed
