I like that Barracuda matches for 401k and Roth - Not all companies offer Roth.

Door is always open and they are always willing to help and and answer your questions, no matter how high up they are.

Being around my fellow employees - I wouldn't mind some work form home days, but it is overall enjoyable to be at the office.

Everyone gets along well and meshes together - Eveyrine is always to help out, if needed as well. We don't have any "selfish" team members
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a very open, comfortable and free flowing work atmosphere - No one wants to work in an uptight environment. Also, everyone is very kind and approachable, very drama free workplace.
