My experience as a whole has been good mostly due to my manager but i am unsure of my future here as I don't feel Barracuda does a good job at creating a clear career path. I also would appreciate more flexibility to work remotely especially given the times we are currently living in.

Barracuda is a good company to begin your career but career advancement is very limited in my opinion and comp for most positions are lower than industry standards.

My personal experience has been okay but I do feel that career development is stagnant outside of a leadership role.

That my manager is transparent on upcoming changes.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy interacting with the clients.

I would appreciate more career opportunities and flexibility to work from home more often.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is low compared to industry standards. Comp should also be based more on individual performance.

Pay is not competitive with the market. Would like to see more bonuses for jobs outside of sales.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A lot of people outside of my department are approachable and willing to help of you have a question or need assistance.

I don't feel there is a clear career path at Barracuda which makes me unsure of my future here. Compensation is not competitive compared to similar companies.

I would like to be paid based on the market and even though my team was cut in half during the layoffs, and I'm doing more work, my pay didn't increase.
