My experience here has been quite negative. If you go against what leadership wants or even question it, you immediately become targeted. This company promises career advancement and that is not true. I have completely stagnated in my career and do not receive recognition for the work I do.

Accomplishing my goals and being productive.

Everyone here is really supportive and wants everyone to succeed

That everyone wants everyone to succeed. It's a team effort.

The most positive thing about the culture and environment of Barracuda is the people.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to get better at communicating from the top down and providing clear direction to its employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is the collaboration between us. Everyone helps each other out and gives great feedback. We all push each other to be better on a daily basis.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leadership is not providing clear guidance on where the company is headed and are making poor decisions. Because of the decisions that our leadership has made, Barracuda is no longer viewed as a brand that our partners want to work with. Leadership needs to change for things to improve.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I'm doing the work of a role that I do not have the title or pay for. I would feel better about my compensation if it was competitive with the current market value. It is a known fact that Barracuda's compensation is lower than other companies.
