It has been great! While the compensation is a bit on the low side, there is not a day I would take back. I have learned so much, not only about myself, but just about how organizations operate. It is a true delight working here.

pay is lower than market value, but the culture makes up for it.

they are so open and understanding and able to assist you with whatever is needed

their accepting and inclusiveness of me. I work fully remote and I everyone still goes out of their way to ensure I am engaged

When i get to use my creative side and get everyones feedback based on what I pulled from Chat GPT, or made for the sales org, etc.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
more of it. I dont feel undervalued. I just know i deserve to be paid way more than what I receive right now. However, all in due time. I am very fortunate for this workplace.
