We are new and most everyone is eager to do more
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are trying to make Barracuda better, but in SV, its hard to compete
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The wages we have are not livable for SV. If I didn't have a 2nd income in my family, I would not be able to make it on my own
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It seems as though the GA office is well bonded. I think its due to most of them being transients where as most people at HQ are grounded here in the Bay Area and don't see each out outside of work
