I believe my salary is within industry standards and the flex PTO is nice.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the most positive aspect is that people genuinely care about each other. Plus we try to make time to do things that are not always related to work...company wide trivia contests, volunteer activities at places such as Second Harvest Food Bank, etc.
