I have been grateful to have the time spent here as well as gaining the experience and knowledge during that tenure. Looking forward to many more years here if possible.

Collaboration and sharing ideas and concepts with one another to strengthen the team's overall knowledge is a key benefit for working in this organization

Working with those that have the same work ethics and values. Makes for engagement / conversations easy to conduct - even on difficult topics.

The people and the "family" environment that the team forms when you work closely together for the common goals (quota attainment, regional quota attainment, etc.).

Those that have the same or more drive than I are always willing to help out and step up as needed as they know I will do the same for them.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Information about quota and achievement is not clearly stated outright from the executives down to all - Numbers are presented, but with no explanation on how they are generated and reason for their levels.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Immediate team I work with on a daily basis is driven and hungry to achieve their quota goals. Overall regional team from a sales perspective has a similar passion. Work hard, play hard.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Always been underpaid since the beginning. But prove every year my value and worth. Now that we are tracking stats since the Apollo upgrade, been one of the top performers and will continue to do the same if not more every year.

Getting paid for the work I do versus my counterparts that do not necessarily show the same drive or stats (now that we are collecting them), and yet their compensation is to the success or failure to a region and not to the work an individual provides, allowing others to
