In the start it was an adventure and there was a lot of fun to work together and solve all the challenges for our customers. Since some years it feels a lot of co-workers trying to covers themself or work in silos.

The people which operated as an "social glue" left the company. It feels everyone is working very isolated and things are not in balance. For some co-workers the passion is totally gone ... Company Events might help to connect the people again.
