Half there company is paid back. Half is working pretty fast paced.

The team is self sufficient and mostly works independently. Leaders are being groomed here.

Salary is not adjusted to inflation. This is the reason why retention is a problem.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are generally friendly and assist others in case help is needed. Everyone is generally working at comfortable pace and does not feel rushed at all.
