Looking on Glassdoor it does seem that we are under market when it comes to compensation.

I think a better understanding of how I am supposed to grow and attain the quotas set by management.

There truly is an open door policy and they are always willing to give anyone their time that needs it.

Being able to assist anyone who needs it, take care of a customer or partners problem, and closing a big deal.

Everyone is happy to help out one another and while competitive it is not at the expense of others on the team.
