We are like family. Everyone collaborates and celebrates each other's wins. We lift each other up. I LOVE my team.

A raise. As a leader I have people on my team that make the same amount of money that I do.

I know that my position is paid a lot more at other companies but my loyalty still stands with Barracuda. It would be nice to be paid more though, especially with our economy and price of living in the Bay. I have a family to support.
