I've really enjoyed my time here and grown a lot as a person and a salesperson. Had some great experiences I don't think I'd have be able to have anywhere else.

You have to be able to adapt to change if you want to stick around for a while. There's always something new to get used to which can be a lot. It can also be very rewarding if you learn to roll with the punches. A great place to start in the cyber security industry.

I would like to be paid closer to the market average for my position

Everybody has a good outlook and pushes past losses by looking forward to the next thing.

Looking at the market for my role, I see a large discrepancy when it comes to OTE.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I've made some great friends in my tenure here and I believe leadership had good instincts when it comes to hiring the right people for the job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very on top of our goals and help align our personal daily tasks to the overall company goals. Our initiatives as a company/ employee are very clear cut.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If we came closer to the overall market in compensation for equivalent roles, I would feel much better about it. Sales reps have always been underpaid comparatively since I started, which can lead to churn.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's changed over time, but the laid back work hard play hard attitude is what made me want to stay. The work at times can be tough, but that's anywhere. The people you're working with are the biggest reason to stick around.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am aware of the market value for my current position, as well as the compensation of some of my fellow employees. As a tenured rep I am getting paid less than my colleagues who just started while training them in my current position. Aligning my pay to my performance/ tenure would help immensely.
