
My experience has been excellent! The training and support from the team and leadership team has been fantastic. Wish the compensation can get a hardware refresh cause it's not 2003 anymore.

Compared to what the competition is offering, I feel like there is an opportunity to reevaluate the compensation package to retain talent.

I have to hit 200% above my sales quota and work close to 70 hours a week in order to stay afloat on paying my bills. No savings to look forward towards all while inflation is going up. I don't see my compensation going up with the inflation rate.
