Everyone is serious about working towards the goals. Sometimes, there are members who may not be as committed, but the organization has a way of self-correcting, and over time, things get back on track.

As organizations grow, they tend to break down roles into smaller parts, which can create barriers and lead to a lack of communication. I feel that Barracuda really focuses on maintaining open communication. Everyone can talk to executives anytime, which is pretty unique and super important.
