if the compensation would be increased according to the inflation. Also a 4 day work week

understanding that amaerica is not the only country in the world and other countries have different way of life and work is not everything

in austria my co-workers are honest and we can openly discuss how barracuda has bad reputation as an employer and the fact that the executives are not doing anything about it
