
Hire more people to distribute the work more evenly and have some redundancy. Pay people better. Provide opportunities to grow.
Probably the most positive thing is that there is very little to no micro-management at Barracuda and they allow for free-form creative problem-solving of the unrealistic workload.

My colleagues are generally fun, open-minded and competent. They share responsibility and work-load fairly and like to learn new things and learn from each other, all with an aura of levity.
There is a lot of effort going into lip-service. Self-care courses, hiring motivational speakers a.s.o. Instead invest the money in tangible improvements, like less workload and higher wages. Studies do show that some leisure in day-to-day business and higher income makes more productivity per hour.
