Either compete on hiring or don't pretend to be competitive. People are expensive, good people even moreso.
I can't honestly recommend our external products when asked about them. Our email filtering is awful if we're using it on our office365 account.
Making market rate, which is easily 10-20% more than current pay. Ongoing stock compensation could offset this, but wage inflation makes it hard to remain here much longer.
