Teamwork and Collaboration when working on projects. This is a relatively recent change, I hope to see this continue.

Quick to respond, Willing to listen. Accept advice and allow me freedom to adjust my methodology when I feel I can do better.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Honest, hardworking, willing to go above and beyond to do things correctly. Not afraid to suggest different actions than I propose if they feel they have a better way.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Cuda's compensation plans do not adequately scale for employees who rapidly climb within the company. This discourages employees from investing in themselves within the company knowing there is little difference in compensation between minimal and extraordinary growth.
