Overall, I find the value of my work lacking. I find the person who complains the most gets things done. I work on a 5 year old laptop that can't support zoom calls very well. I am blown away a cloud security company has put all of its customers data into someone else's cloud.

Culture and environment is lacking. Everyone is always overworked and busy so there is never time to appreciate and relax a bit.

Everyone generally is trying to do the best job they can. Communication is generally very good and we wall want to help each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Many long term employees have essentially taken massive pay cuts due to an RSU compensation based salary solution that has run out and not been addressed. This has left many people making less money now than they were 2-4 years ago.

The company transition from public to private caused some serious pay issues personally relating to RSU's. Defined salary vs. "bonus" money and the lack of any concern about how RSU's ran out w/o any concern or conversation about how this may be handled. Effectively taking a huge paycut.
