this company has failed its employees in so many ways its hard to be positive. I appreciate the skills, experience, and friendships, but it has come with the devistating effect on my own, and others, mental health.

healthcare plan is awful, severly underpaid compared to industry
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employees. They are the heroes of this company. without their resilience to survive the hardships and band together, Cuda will fail.
What are some of the best things about your team?
empathy, ethics, companionship. we are bonded the same way people are bonded after traumas suffered together. this is a result of executive decisions and the hardships imposed on us employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
health insurance is shit. it lead to sever anxiety after sevreal medical situations which now stops me going to medical professionals unless i'm in fear for my life. Cuda pays way below anything we can get offers for. next to no career path opportuities. the morale is shit now.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
extremely under compensated for what we are asked to do. People in management are not the right fit and lack TRUE leadership qualities. thats the short story. this is related to the exodus we have seen over the last few years. My fear is this will continue and you lose to many valuable assets.
